The contract signing – sealed with a toast – was held inside Rizal Ballroom B of Makati Shangrila and with select members of the quad-media press in attendance. Miss Universe Organization VP for Business Development Shawn McClain and LCS Group of Companies Chairman Luis Chavit Singson (along with daughter Richelle) took to the spotlight to formally seal the deal, along with Mr Kazuo Okada of Okada Manila, Mr Wilson Tieng of Solar Entertainment Television, Mr. Hans Sy for SM Lifestyle Entertainment Inc. and Mr Ricky Alegre (for Sec. Wanda Tulfo Teo) of the Department of Tourism.
It was a long process that finally arrived in last night’s media launch. And nobody knows the big hurdles along the way better than Shawn McClain and Mr Chavit Singson. But they both know that a fruitful agreement will be arrived at, hence, the formal signing of all key individuals involved.
