  1. Where is the manghuhula who predicted a win, a runner-up, and a clapper for 2015? Would love to hear a prediction for this year.

  2. I am supporting her all the way! Very worthy of the Philippines sash1 Good luck girl.

  3. I like ceylon tea and their white sand beaches 😃

  4. Philippines has a very good chance to win this year in Miss Intercontinental. Good luck Jennifer. This is your year to really win that crown.

  6. She was actually in my Final Top 15 in MU 2015. IMHO, she was the best Vietnamese representative in the MU history. I was shocked why she did not make it, even as a semfinalist. But after reviewing and watching again for the 3rd time the preliminary competition, her effort was there, but was not good enough for her to be included in the Top 15. I was wrong. I also thought Paraguay and Georgia were deserving to make it in the Top 15. Probably her swimsuit and evening gown scores were good, but her downfall I think is the closed-door interview with the judges.

  7. I agree with you, MissLeila. Wait for the negative comment of Basil. That person always have negative comments in almost all the posts here in this site.

  9. Guys off topic…pero this is probably the reason why she clapped nga at MU. Now it makes more sense kase ang lakas nya talaga noon….

    • So if this is true, it is not only her age that was fake, even her beauty is fake.

      • Kaya nga people are calling Vietnam careless. She says she’s 24. Kung ikaw ba naman Anne Curtis levels kasikatan sa Vietnam, why would you allow yourself to be featured in an ad that says 30?

    • I remember that video reaction/blog post made by American beauty queens Suzie Castillo and Shandi Finnessey. They were puzzled that Vietnam whom they thought was a shoo-in as a semi-finalist, failed to be included. Shandi surmised that whatever shut Vietnam out of the magic circle had all come down in the closed-door interviews.

She elaborated on this further in a Q&A for a beauty/pageant website (can’t remember the name) by saying that during her time at MU, she was taken aback when one of the prelim judges asked her a ‘sensitive question’ (she didn’t say what it was) she didn’t expect they ‘even knew’.

So I’m pretty sure that while plastic surgeries (inspite of a girl’s vehement denials that she’s natural lol) are implicitly allowed and accepted, other transgressions- such as lying about one’s age- are downright violations of what is essentially a contract when you compete at MU.

On one hand, I never really liked her; there is something about an Asian with no discernible foreign blood but with Western facial and physical features (mostly cosmetic) that is so unnervingly unnatural..

    • tHE ADD IS NOT LEGITIMATE. tHE ORIGINAL ZELLA V ADD DOES NOT INDICATE THEIR AGES BUT PERIOD SINCE THEY HAVE STARTED USING IT. hUONG USED THE PRODUCT FOR ONLY 3 MONTHS AND YET THE EFFECT ON HER SKIN WAS SO RADIANT WHILE THE OTHERS HAVE JUST USED IT FOR 4 & 5 MONTHS. tHAT CAPTION OF THE MIDDLE WAS EDITED. THE ORIGINAL SAYS LOOK YOUNG, VIRANT AND BEAUTIFUL FOR THE NEXT YEARS TO COME.

      • LAILA MASKI ISANG MILYONG SCREEN SHOT PA YAN, THAT’S NOT THE LEGITIMATE AD, SA PANAHON NGAYON ANG DAMING PWEDING GAWIN.

    • An unknown model yes. Would you and represent name, your title as miss universe Vietnam 2015 and represent women in their 30s? These types of anti aging ads are common even here in the Philippines. We have the likes of Olay, Ponds and L’oreal with endorsers such as Gretchen, Lucy even Ann Curtis so don’t tell me even they are made to look younger or older. Pham This Huong is known in Vietnam. Adjusting her age for an ad doesn’t make sense. Again – think before you click. The other women featured inday are not models.

    • I don’t get your point, M. The ad clearly indicates her “true” age. What’s there to lie about her age considering that this is an anti aging ad? Isn’t that the true sense of these types of ads? Reveal the real age but the physical aspects of the models defy it. She’s 30, but looks 24. That’s clear and simple. hihi

  10. I’m so excited na for Jen pero hindi ko ma-feel yung excitement ng iba for her. Anyway, prayer and support na lang po tayo kay Jen I know kayang-kaya niyang i-uwi ang very first Miss Intercontinental crown for the Philippines. #fight #forthePH

  11. I love the Sigiriya Rock – one of the most famous tourist destinations in Sri Lanka. Colombo would be a nice venue for the pageant. Sri Lankans are nice and friendly people.
    Good luck Jen Hammond!

  12. I wish Ms international will also be held outside of Japan with a new format.
