Miss Universe Philippines 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach for the latest Dear David episode on Rebonding

image Here is the latest episode of Dear David with Miss Universe Philippines 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach which could also be her last before leaving for Miss Universe 2015 in Las Vegas and will just resume afterwards. In this installment, rebonding is the subject matter. It should lead us to the next question then. Will our Queen sport long straight hair during her quest abroad? Or will she keep her mane flexible all throughout? This we’ve got to watch out for.

  9. Pilipino naman tayong halos lahat dito hindi pa tayo magkaisa sa pagsuporta sa kandidata ng bansa natin. Sa mga namemersonal kay Pia Wurtzbach, saan ninyo hinuhugot ang galit at wickedness niyo sa kanya? Parang may sinadya siyang gawin para ikalungkot at ikagalit ninyo. Hindi rin ako fan ng kagandahan ni Pia but I won’t deny her the respect she deserves for trying to improve her best to improve. In the end, tao din yang bina-bash ninyo, nasasaktan din. Gets na rin namin na haters niya kayo so okay na ‘yon; let’s give the girl some slack. Ibalato niyo na, paalis na ang delegate natin para lumaban. Pagtungtong niya ng stage, hindi siya si Pia Wurtzbach kundi siya si Philippines (yes, walang Miss sa sash kundi pangalan lang ng bansa natin) at dahil Pilipino ako, ipagmamalaki ko siya dahil sa kabila ng mga kapintasan niya na pilit hina-highlight ng iba, may taglay pa rin siyang kagandahan na maaring hangaan sa Las Vegas. God forbid ipanalangin niyo pang matalo o hindi magplace para ma-justify lang ninyo ang panlalait ninyo sa kapwa tao ninyo. Wag ganon. Bad ‘yon.

      Thanks for that sobering, sensible and polite message. You are right. And I am guilty of sometimes highlighting the negatives. I forgot that she’s about to leave already. I was still operating under the mindset that her handlers can still do something about the things I perceived to be not attractive.

      Having said that, Good luck Pia, May the Force be with You & God Speed.

  10. She’s one of the hurados in Showtime and she volunteered earlier to do a “sampol”…she walked around the stage and though she looked beautiful (as always), her walk was less than exciting…Love her still though..I still think she’s one of the prettiest Ms. Philippines ever…

    • There are many positive aspects in this photo:

      1. The gown looks classy.
      2. Nice cleavage.
      3. Minimal accessories
      4. Subtle make-up
      5. The room’s floor, door and walls are nice. (lol)
      6. The mirror is very clear.

      Kudos!

      There is only one negative:

      1. Pia looks like an aging contravida (is that a double chin peeking?) in the mold of Eula Valdes / Nanette Medved (at their current age). The side view shot is really depressing. Sigh.

    She doesn’t have public speaking down like Venus, Megan or even MJ.

      I have an answer as to how you perceived this video as being “painful to watch”. First, you don’t like her to begin with. Second, since you don’t like her, you don’t like to watch or see anything that pertains to her. Lastly, third, idk where u got ur notion of “she doesn’t have public speaking” but where ever you got it I hope it’s not somewhere you learned just in the 4-corners of your empty room.

      Now, if you’re not bashing (which i know u will deny) kindly be a little constructive and get your facts right. You’re not doing anything good

  14. If Pia won a crown last Bb pilipinas gold 2013. She was in a much fighting form. I love Pia to bits. But the pics above are unbecoming

  16. The still shot photo of Pia above really proves that our girl is not photogenic at all (ie. certain angles and expressions are needed to bring out her best features). Her smirk-like / Sylvia la torre mouth is really unflattering when caught off-guard.

    Nevertheless, Good Luck to Pia.

    • @Thomas, actually you have a point, may mga times talaga na ang ganda ni Pia, sometimes din parang off styling nya. As her avid fan, I am hoping na sana she will come up with the best styling for her. I love to see her wearing the MU crown.

  18. Kakaexcite naman mga mars! In fer, lately kasi hindi na lang long straight hair ang bagay sa kanya. Bagay na din sa kanya ang soft curls, yung parang pa brush up saka high bun. so di ko alam kung anong the best – nalilito aketch. chos hihi.

    Ano kayang styling niya maya sa send-off? hihi.

    Dami kong nalalaman kasi Wednesday na. hihi

    • Medyo ninenerbs nga ako kasi minsan ang ganda ganda niya pero sometimes, medyo hindi on point ang styling. Sana napagexperimentohan na ng husto and they already know exactly what kind of styling she will have at MU. Dapat kasi perfect yung styling everyday sa MU lalo na there are so many gorgeous ones this year.
