Bb. Pilipinas International 2015 Janicel Lubina is the muse of the PNP for the AFP Olympics
You don’t get to see Bb. Pilipinas International 2015 Janicel Lubina that much nowadays, save for BPCI Presscons and the like. So when she made a recent appearance as the muse of the PNP (Philippine National Police) in the AFP Olympics, her beauty started making waves once more. And with her participation in the sporting event, the police force got a real boost with a gorgeous lady representing them during the opening ceremonies.
I hope we can see more of her often. Her pageant mission will start by mid-October yet, but we would really love to see her gradual transformation into the competitive entry who will banner our representation in Miss International 2015. 😉
Beautiful Janicel brought joy to the PNP
