Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago presiding over the orientation of the Miss International 2014 contestants
Just hours back, the general orientation of the Miss International 2014 delegates took place inside a function hall of the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa. The activity was presided over by Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago and some Japanese Officials. It was like a getting-to-know-you session as well for the ladies who have not been formally introduced to each other yet. This was followed by the Welcome Dinner wherein which the symbolic start of the competition was announced in front of all the contenders. Everyone was so amicable and pleasant. I daresay that the more aggressive ones are already starting to assess their challengers up close and personal.
