Popular (and good-looking) Russian singer Emin will be the guest performer for the finals of Miss Universe 2013 this coming Saturday. While his music video for “Amor” (featuring Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo) has already been released (watch above), he took the opportunity to film another one (for the upcoming release of his next single “In Another Life”)while the candidates of the ongoing pageant are still in Moscow. And for this, he short-listed seven (7) ladies to join him – Spain’s Patricia Rodriguez, Switzerland’s Dominique Rinderknecht, Puerto Rico’s Monic Perez, Ukraine’s Olga Storozhenko, Poland’s Paulina Krupinska, USA’s Erin Brady and the Philippines’ Ariella Arida. The nice thing about this participation is that the vid will continuously show even after the competition is long over.

FACT: The Miss Universe Organization is the organization that currently owns and runs the Miss Universe, Miss USA and Miss Teen USA beauty contests. Based in New York, it is owned jointly by NBC Universal and Donald Trump. The current president is Paula Shugart. The organization sells television and pageant franchise rights to participating countries.
FACT: All participants of the Miss Universe Pageant are automatically under management contract with MUO during the duration of the competition. Miss Universe automatically becomes an employee of MUO during her reign.
FACT: Sponsors specifically ask MUO for their preferred models and the latter only makes recommendations when required by sponsors.
FACT: MUO gets a commission for their models under contract and selected models get paid for their participation.

Hindi ka bobo. Walang market si Emin sa mga pinoy. Iilan lng ang pinoy sa Russia. Ang work nila ay parang katulong except for a few. MU don’t care with ‘fanatics’. Assuming you are true that they only include Ara para mapag-usapan ang events nila, eh di more so na may incentive ang MUO to really put Ariella in the semis, if not make her win! MUO is a business event and clearly they love Ariella for her big pull. If they don’t put her on the semis, mas lalong magagalit ang Pinoy and MUO can’t risk losing their biggest fans.
Even without the Filipino fans or the sash of the Philippines, I’m sure Ariella will do well. Heck if she’s Miss Canada and Riza is Miss Philippines, I’m sure everyone will put Ariella in the top list still. 😀

all I really want was for ara to be noticed and bag just one event sponsor and feature her for their product and I will be happy but my god what happened now is an avalanche of promotions and endorsements one after the other! So many she cannot attend it all! This is good for ara as this can boost her self confidence going forward to the crucial stage of preliminaries and also eliminating all her doubts, if she has any, that she can actually conquer Moscow! ara is on top right now and yes we might just bag the crown this year!
