And yet, one more Cebuana queued at the Bb. Pilipinas offices to file her application for the 50th Anniversary of the pageant. Herlie Kim Artugue is a Registered Nurse who participated and became 4th Runner-Up in Miss Cebu 2012. Prior to that, she took part in Miss Mandaue, Miss Lapu-Lapu and Miss University of San Carlos (where she represented the College of Nursing). She also reigned as Miss Philippines Student Nurses Association. Whew! That’s a lot of contests she joined. But then again, she is one pretty young woman who should show off her beautiful face to everyone. At 5’6″, though, she may still be middling in height. Nevertheless, let’s see if she would be convincing enough come screening time. 😉
im nervous ! 3 days na lang deadline na and still no stunner!!!! norman!!!!
The best ones are usually photo finish applicants. Don’t worry! 🙂
next!
well height does really matter, but we should always remember that personality speaks it all, the wow factor as what the judges are really looking for… the whole package:
for now, from Mr. Norman’s shared photos of bb aspirants this year, in my opinion, at this point in time, i haven’t seen the wow factor from the girls who filed their application forms…. just my opinion……..
Of the 8 early bird applicants written up by Norman’s blog thus far — I’ve set my eyes on two: 1) Anna Buquid and 2) Kaye Agnes. Can’t wait to see the rest.
She has potentials.
But as we always say, height is a might.
Olivia made it big time in Miss Universe inspite of her height, but the big question is,will she still make it given a different sash and not a Miss USA sash?
So what’s the point here? The point is that, height really matters except if you are Miss USA.
