From the Facebook grapevine, the photo above shows the rumored National Costume of Miss Philippines Shamcey Supsup in Miss Universe 2011. It does look flamboyant but in a graceful way. And I can only wish our girl good luck while she is wearing the same. The train is over-the-top long that the ladies behind her can easily trip without meaning to do so.

P.S. I’m not yet convinced that this will indeed be Shamcey’s National Costume. My moles described a different creation altogether – think butterflies. So do take this blog post as just a rumor.
