Miss Universe “Miss Photogenic” Voting Rules and Procedures
These Voting Rules and Procedures are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of NBC Universal, Inc., Miss Universe L.P., LLLP and Interpolls Network Inc. Void where prohibited.
Voting is simple and easy. Go to http://www.nbc.com/miss-universe/ and click on the “VOTE” link to cast your vote for your choice(s) for The 59th Annual MISS UNIVERSE 2010 Miss Photogenic. Voting will be conducted pursuant to these Voting Rules and Procedures and any such other rules and procedures as NBC Universal, Inc., Miss Universe L.P., LLLP and Interpolls Network Inc. may from time to time designate.
Eligibility: You must be 13 years of age or older as of August 12, 2010 to register and vote for “Miss Photogenic”. Votes must be cast by the authorized account holder of the email account from which the Vote is made. Each person may vote only once. Each person must choose three (3) contestants before submitting his or her vote.
Voting Period and Restrictions: Voting is open from the time the applicable Voting period (each a “Voting Period”) is announced on the Miss Universe web site at http://www.nbc.com/miss-universe/ (August 12, 2010 at 6:00pm PST) (the “Web site”) until the deadline announced on the Web site (August 20, 2010 at 12:00pm PST). Voting is currently limited to one vote per person per Voting Period, but NBC Universal, Inc., Miss Universe L.P., LLLP and Interpolls Network Inc. reserve the right to change the limit on the number of Votes, in their sole discretion. Notification regarding any such change will be announced on-air and/or posted on the Web site. Votes received after 12pm PST on August 20, 2010 will not be counted.
Chutima Durongdej of Thailand won Miss Photogenic last year in the Bahamas. Who will get the most number of votes and be this year's Miss Photogenic?
How to Vote Online: Log onto the Web site and view the Voting choices available during the applicable Voting Period. You may submit your Vote during the Voting Period by clicking on the box next to your selection. Each person may vote only once. Each person must choose three (3) contestants before submitting his or her vote.

Carlo, a little more patience and you will see them. I’m not too keen on the National Costume but it’s the Evening Gown I’m more interested in. And fyi, there are lots of girls who will wear different gowns for the prelims to keep their respective gameplans in wraps before the important day.
